Health Tips for Daily Living

  • Healing foods  – all fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, peas, beans and grains ( in their raw state).  Everything else is harmful.
  • Every healing food has a seed. Seedless anything is poisonous (such as seedless grapes)
  • All foods originating from seeds have the following: chlorophyll, enzymes, vitamins, proteins and minerals. All five must be present for growth to take place.
  • Natural foods – the body takes what it needs from these and eliminates the rest.
  • Processed foods –  these are harmful as pexels-photo-103649the body takes out what it can and stores the rest.
  • To evaluate anything for protein – check its rate of growth. Protein makes cells multiply fast. High protein drinks, for example, make all cells (good and bad cells) multiply fast. Greens are the fastest growing protein.
  • Create a seed bank. Let the first crop grow for seeds only. Grow your own foods. Use jars, pots, or your garden, if you have one.
  • Create organic compost (one year for this ).  Dig large holes on your property or use a compost bin. Start filling them with food peelings, chopped trees, leaves, grass.  Never put citrus in your compost.  Use the compost to grow and fertilize your seeds and plants.
  • Soy is cancer producing. There is some good soy but it is not as readily available or common.
  • Food that is cooked gets neutralized. The molecular structure is adjusted at 105 – 120 degrees.
  • Get most nutrition from raw foods. Fix raw foods so they taste better than cooked foods.
  • Use natural, local products. Buy from the farmers’ market or farms, more so at the farm, as you can have an idea of what’s going on there.

About LawsOnHealth Wellness

My organs were shutting down, the specialist said. I didn’t hear much of anything after that. The words ‘shutting down’ meant imminent death, in my mind, fraught with horrible pain. I envisioned myself unable to control my faculties and being left in a hospice to moan my last few days. It did not help that the doctors did not know what was wrong with me. On top of all the drugs they prescribed which made me more ill, they did an EMG (such long needles!) MRI's, an endoscopy, and CT scans. Major surgery came next but was later determined to have been unnecessary, after all. That day, hearing those words from the specialist brought me to the river's edge; I would take no more drugs! Instead, I would take my health in hand. Now, I am well, and a trained naturopathic physician, holistic health coach, and colon hydro-therapist. All around us, there is a renewed surge in alternative health and I am excited to help clients reach their goals. Are you at the edge of the river?
